How do I first wear the lenses ?

We know you're excited to try out your new lenses, but before you put them on:

Make sure to soak your lenses in contact lens solution for at least 8 hours before use to prevent discomfort. Repeat this process every time you use the lenses for ultimate comfort and care.

Every pair of lenses is produced under rigorous quality control systems to ensure safety, hygiene, and consistent performance.

How do I choose the right lenses?

When selecting your lenses, consider:

  • Base Curve (BC) โ€“ affects fit
  • Overall Diameter (DIA) โ€“ total lens size
  • Graphic Diameter (G.DIA) โ€“ colored portion, affects enlargement
  • Water Content โ€“ impacts comfort and moisture
  • Frequency โ€“ based on your lifestyle and routine

If you are new to contact lenses, we recommend starting with 1 day lenses.

What is the difference between DIA and G.DIA?

DIA (Overall Diameter) refers to the full size of the lens.
It primarily affects how the lens fits and feels on your eye.

General DIA guide:

  • 13.8โ€“14.0 mm โ†’ More natural look, minimal enlargement
  • 14.1โ€“14.2 mm โ†’ Subtle enlargement, everyday โ€œbigger eyesโ€ effect
  • 14.4โ€“14.5 mm โ†’ Stronger enlargement, doll-eye or camera-ready look

G.DIA (Graphic Diameter) refers to the colored portion of the lens only.
This determines how natural or enlarged your eyes appear visually.

General G.DIA guide:

  • Below 13.0 mm โ†’ Soft, natural enhancement
  • 13.0โ€“13.6 mm โ†’ Noticeable yet flattering dolly effect
  • Above 13.6 mm โ†’ Bold, more dramatic enlargement

Your final look depends on both measurements, as well as your natural iris size and eye shape.

What are the available frequencies?

1 day
Single-use lenses. Wear once and discard. Most hygienic option.

1 month
Reusable for up to 30 days with proper cleaning and storage.

6 months
Long-term reusable option requiring consistent nightly cleaning and care.

For hygiene and comfort, we recommend using lenses for only โ…” of their stated frequency duration.

How do I apply lenses?
  1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
  2. Ensure the lens forms a smooth โ€œUโ€ shape.
  3. Gently hold your eyelids open.
  4. Place the lens softly onto your eye.
  5. Blink slowly to allow it to settle.

Always insert lenses before applying makeup.Never use water to rinse lenses โ€” use only contact lens solution.

How do I remove lenses?
  1. Wash and dry your hands.
  2. Slide the lens to the lower white part of your eye.
  3. Gently pinch and remove.
  • 1 day lenses: discard after use
  • 1 month / 6 months lenses: clean and store in fresh solution
When should I avoid wearing lenses?

Avoid wearing lenses if you have:

  • Eye infections or inflammation
  • Severe dryness
  • Eye injuries
  • Active allergies
  • Exposure to dust, chemicals, or swimming environments

Consult an eye care professional if discomfort persists.

When should I replace lenses earlier than the stated frequency?

Replace lenses immediately if you notice:

  • Cloudiness
  • Tears or chips
  • Deformation
  • Persistent discomfort
How long can I wear lenses per day?

We recommend limiting wear to approximately 6โ€“8 hours per day.

Avoid sleeping in lenses. If your eyes feel dry, irritated, or red, remove them immediately.

What are the local shipping options?

We currently ship within the Philippines via GoGo Xpress.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is carefully prepared before dispatch. Delivery timelines begin once your parcel has been shipped.

Is there a same-day delivery option?

We currently do not offer same-day delivery.

Can I schedule the time of my delivery?

At the moment, we're unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests. We recommend monitoring your tracking updates to anticipate your parcel's arrival.

How can I check the status of my order?

Log in to your account and visit your Account Summary to view your order status.

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive a tracking number via email. This will also appear in your account.

How can I track my parcel?

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email.You may use this number on the GoGo Xpress website to monitor delivery in real time.

Orders & Returns

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, you may edit or cancel it through your account:

Refunds are processed immediately upon cancellation. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days to reflect.

If your order is already being prepared for shipment, changes may no longer be possible. Please email moody@mirrorandmatter.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene and safety reasons, all contact lenses are final sale.

We encourage carefully reviewing your selected lens color, prescription, and frequency before checkout.

Refunds or replacements cannot be processed for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color differences from expectation
  • Fit or size preference

Because lens appearance varies depending on iris color and lighting, slight visual differences are normal once worn.

An item is missing from my package. What should I do?

Please email moody@mirrorandmatter.com with your order number and details of the missing item. Weโ€™ll review and assist you as quickly as possible.

I received a defective item.

If you believe you received a defective lens, please email moody@mirrorandmatter.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • A clear photo of the lot number
  • A photo showing the issue
  • A photo of the lens cut in half (for safety verification)

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund if the case qualifies.

Please do not discard the item until your case has been resolved.

I received the wrong item.

If you received the wrong item, please email moody@mirrorandmatter.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item received.Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
